For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions,

a) - "dress on the go" - Products sold on the website https://www.dressonthego.com;

b) - "User" - Any individual, non-trader, who places an order through the website https://www.dressonthego.com

 

The use of the website https://www.dressonthego.com and the purchase of dress on the go products presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.

 


1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and registration of products marketed by dress on the go through the website https://www.dressonthego.com.

 

1.2. The website https://www.dressonthego.com is owned by dress on the go, with tax identification number 283022140, owned by Sandra Neto.

 

1.3. The service consists of providing access to an online store, where users can browse product information and place orders electronically, under the terms described herein.

 

1.4. Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 or over. If under 18, users must have authorization from a legal guardian.

 

1.5. All information provided by the Customer is considered legally binding. Electronic agreements have the same legal validity as handwritten signatures.


2. Content & Product Information

2.1. All content on the website is intended for personal, non-commercial use and cannot be used for any purpose outside of the dress on the go platform.

 

2.2. dress on the go strives to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed and will correct any errors as soon as possible. If an error significantly affects a user’s decision-making, it will be promptly addressed.

 

2.3. Only information published online is legally binding between parties.

 

2.4. Product images are illustrative only and do not constitute part of a commercial transaction.

 

2.5. While we aim to fulfill all orders, there may be occasional unavailability due to human error or system failures. If a product is out of stock after purchase, we will inform you by email or phone and offer a full refund if payment has already been made.

 

2.6. Prices, product details, promotions, and services may be updated at any time without prior notice.

 

2.7. Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. dress on the go is not responsible for color discrepancies resulting from display differences.


3. Pricing

3.1. All prices are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

 

3.2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are not included in product prices.

 

3.3. Prices may vary during promotional campaigns and differ from prices in physical stores or other online platforms.

 

3.4. Prices on our website may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be clearly indicated in the online store.


4. Orders

Customer support is available on weekdays from 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00 (GMT). Orders are processed only during these business hours.

 

4.1. To place an order, customers must add items to their shopping cart and complete the checkout process.

 

4.2. Customers must confirm their order summary, including selected items and total price, before finalizing the purchase.

 

4.3. Final amounts include product prices plus VAT and applicable fees.

 

4.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing and delivery details.

 

4.5. After choosing a payment method, order details for payment will be displayed.

 

4.6. By completing the order, the customer expressly agrees to the obligation of payment and accepts the Terms & Conditions.

 

4.7. A confirmation email will be sent upon order completion.

 

4.8. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.

 

4.9. dress on the go reserves the right to cancel any order with incomplete or suspicious information. Customers will be notified via email if this occurs.


5. Payment Methods

5.2. All payment data is processed securely using industry-standard encryption technologies.


6. Product Availability

6.1. Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and may offer a replacement product of equal or higher quality.

 

6.2. If you decline the replacement, we will issue a refund within 30 days. We may request your bank details to complete the refund. These details will be handled securely and used solely for the purpose of processing the refund.

 

6.3. dress on the go reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.


7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1. Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation.

 

7.2. Delivery is handled by CTT (Portuguese postal service). Extra-Community orders may be subject to VAT, Customs Import Duties or other country-specific taxes, payable by the recipient upon receipt of the order in the country of destination.

 

7.3. Standard delivery does not include the use of special access equipment (e.g., cranes, scaffolding) or modifications to the property. If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, products will be delivered to the building entrance.

 

7.4. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated shipping within Europe is between 8 to 12 business days, while international orders may take approximately 8 to 15 business days.

 

7.5. As a slow-fashion brand, dress on the go produces some piece to order rather than holding stock. This made-to-order approach allows to reduce waste and ensure quality, but it also means shipping times may be longer than traditional fast fashion retailers.

 

7.6. Delivery is considered complete when the user or an authorized third party signs for the package.

 

7.7. If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, a pickup notice will be left. The package must be collected from a CTT pickup point within 6 business days or it will be returned to dress on the go.

 

7.8. Additional delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses or missing delivery instructions will be charged to the customer.


8. Lost or Returned Shipments

8.1. dress on the go is not responsible for lost shipments after dispatch. Once dispatched, responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier. We will, however, assist customers in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

 

8.2. Customers are responsible for tracking orders using the tracking number provided and collecting packages from the post office if needed.

 

8.3. If a shipment is returned due to non-collection, reshipping will only occur after payment of a new delivery fee.

 

8.4. If the order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@dressonthego.com within 2 business days of receiving the product and include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

 

8.9 In case the ordered product is found to be defective or other non-conformity, the User may choose to:
a) replace the product;
b) terminate the contract.


 

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Portuguese consumer protection laws.

 

9.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform dress on the go of their decision to return the product(s) via email to hello@dressonthego.com. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

 

9.3. Once the returned product(s) are received and inspected, dress on the go will issue a full refund for the product(s) (excluding shipping costs), to the payment method used for the original transaction within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

9.4 dress on the go does not offer direct exchanges. Customers may request a voucher to order a different item. Returns made using a voucher will be refunded with a new voucher, valid for 12 months.

11. Governing Law

11.1. All purchases made via the dress on the go website are subject to Portuguese law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Portuguese courts.
