DEADLINES FOR RETURNS
• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

SHIPPING COSTS
• Returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Costs are non-refundable and the customer's responsibility.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Items must be:
• In perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or makeup
• Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused. In such cases, the item will be returned to you once return shipping is paid.
REFUNDS
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Refunds can take up to 15 business days due to internal and banking processes. Please contact us only if this time has passed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
• For returns outside the EU, the invoice must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
• Dress on the go is not responsible for customs fees or clearance charges.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
